Smart Internal Investigations in 2020: Remote Investigations, #MeToo, C-Suite, Microaggressions, and More

The need to carefully examine, and precisely conduct, lawful workplace investigations, is more critical than ever, even if we have to conduct those investigations remotely.  Effective internal investigations of discrimination, harassment, code of conduct, and other policy violations are critical components in the area of employment law liability prevention.
