Best Practices Club Session 1: Professionalism and Civility for Utah Attorneys

In 2003, the Utah Supreme Court created the Utah Standards of Professionalism and Civility in an effort to improve the practice of law in the state of Utah. This one-hour presentation will focus specifically on the standards and correlating ethics rules that are most often encountered by in-house attorneys including how to avoid and respond to conduct that “crosses the line.”
