Turning Your Coronavirus Stress Into Personal Growth and a More Meaningful Life
The coronavirus outbreak is an unprecedented event that is causing intense feelings of stress, overwhelm, and uncertainty across the country and globe, including among lawyers. There is widespread anxiety about the possibility of contracting the virus, the long-term professional and financial ramifications of the pandemic, and how our way life as we knew it has instantly been turned upside down.
What if the intense stress you are feeling from the coronavirus crisis is an opportunity for a positive transformation in your life? What if your intense stress is a sign that you are much more likely now – compared to before the coronavirus pandemic – to build a happier, more resilient and more meaningful life for the remainder of your days? What if the intense stress you are feeling can be used as a catalyst to become a better version of yourself or to live a more fulfilling life for many years to come?
The science says the above statements are all true. In this one-hour webinar, Jarrett Green and Rebecca Simon, Well-Being and Resiliency Consultants to Big Law and Corporate America, will share the little-known scientific doctrine showing that this intensely challenging experience, although undoubtedly undesirable and uncomfortable, creates a rare opportunity for personal growth and for building a more meaningful life. The following will be covered during the webinar:
- Why the science shows you are far more likely to positively transform yourself and your life as a result of the pandemic, than you would have had the pandemic never occurred.
- Why higher levels of stress and emotional imbalance during the pandemic predict greater growth and life fulfillment in the long-run.
- The 3 steps you can take to healthily process your stress during the pandemic and induce long-term growth and a more meaningful life.
