Understanding Management and Cybersecurity Governance
The panel will provide in-house lawyers an overview of cybersecurity governance, what’s at risk and why this is important. The panel will cover internal and external threats, as well roles and responsibilities of the board and management. We will also cover best practices for cybersecurity governance in your organization.

She speaks on best practices regarding corporate and financial filings.

Brandon Pattison, Corporate Counsel, Arrow
Brandon practices legal and regulatory compliance, advising all aspects of the business on data privacy related matters, including compliance with data privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA, cross-border data transfer, breach notification and incident response and privacy by design. Brandon works with Arrow business units in all geographies and different sectors, including publishing, marketing, IT asset disposal, sales, HR and others to address varied data privacy issues.
