We will also cover best practices for cybersecurity governance in your organization.

Helena is a business attorney advising senior management and law firms on strategy, business, legal and technology matters with experience in negotiating commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, security and privacy.  She speaks on best practices regarding corporate and financial filings. 

Lucky Vidmar, Technology Counsel, Western Union
Lucky is a lawyer and engineer working at the intersection of tech, business and law.  As Western Union’s first “Technology Counsel,” Lucky leads a team that supports enterprise-wide strategic technology initiatives and cyber security programs, protects Western Union's intellectual property, and supports its global procurement and real estate needs.

Brandon Pattison, Corporate Counsel, Arrow
Brandon practices legal and regulatory compliance, advising all aspects of the business on data privacy related matters, including compliance with data privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA, cross-border data transfer, breach notification and incident response and privacy by design.  Brandon works with Arrow business units in all geographies and different sectors, including publishing, marketing, IT asset disposal, sales, HR and others to address varied data privacy issues.
