ACC NCR Summer Series: Real Estate Issues for Nonprofits in the National Capital Area

Join us for a discussion of the some of the aspects of the business real estate environment in the National Capital Area that are unique to nonprofits. We will discuss property and sales tax exemptions, certain UBTI topics such as the debt financed rental income rule, the benefits and availability of tax exempt bonds and governance issues. Where relevant, we will make note of any COVID-related effects on these topics.
