ACC National Capital RegionWhile many refer to “artificial-intelligent (AI) inventions” as if it is a homogenous class, AI innovations encompass everything from machine-learning developments, to strategic training-set selection, to detecting and using a particular result from an AI technique that is of interest.
Panelists will cover how to protect these wide-ranging innovations and keep data protected against new AI-enabled digital threats, as well as identify select AI-related liability risks and discuss compliance with data-privacy and cybersecurity laws.
