ACC NCR Summer Series: Joint Ventures and Teaming Arrangements:  Requirements, Risks and Opportunities

In the competitive world of Government Contracts, there are strategic reasons to form a joint venture or other teaming arrangement.  Before doing so, it is critical to understand the legal implications.  Panelists will provide an overview of such arrangements and discuss the legal issues involved, such as the Government’s evaluation of the joint venture’s past performance, as well as contract administration, ethics, and compliance issues (e.g., pertinent cost accounting rules), and other legal risks, including antitrust concerns.
