ACC NCR Summer Series: Cyber-Insurance (Trends and How to Get Paid)

How comfortable are you that if you have a cyber event (such as ransomware, business email compromise, or something else) that your insurance program would cover all of your losses and liabilities?  You know by now that there is not a standard cyberinsurance policy, and many corporate cyberinsurance policies vary wildly in the scope of coverage and terms and conditions. 

We’ll discuss coverage issues for present risks, battleground legal issues concerning cyberinsurance (and other types of insurance), and how to work with carriers to make certain that you get the most coverage available for your company’s losses.
