ACC National Capital RegionHow should employers deal with off-duty conduct, things that don’t happen in the workplace but affect the work environment? The issues almost seem endless – from social media posts, to anonymous hotline tips about off duty conduct, to legal (or illegal) drug use. And, in light of the Pandemic, what is off-duty and on-duty when so many workers are still working remotely?
This program will provide practical, best practices advice on how to navigate the complicated legal issues related to off-duty conduct and help answer the difficult question: where does the workplace end?
