Panel: Big, Bold Action to Create More Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Teams and Workplaces

Industry leaders in the DE&I space will discuss meaningful ways to make real and sustainable change in the areas of hiring, retention, and leadership development, and how to hold outside counsel accountable for doing the same. The speakers will describe specific steps that they have taken and challenges they have overcome, and provide practical advice for producing a more equitable workplace.

What gets measured gets done.  Join us for this lively session to learn about the "who, what, why and how" of leveraging metrics and measurement to boost diversity, equity, and inclusion internally in your own company and externally with outside counsel and other vendors.  As part of this session, we’ll address the legal risks associated with metrics-based diversity efforts, but also discuss the overwhelmingly positive outcomes and rewards as a result of the transparency and accountability that metrics play in the process.  You’ve leave this session with practical tips and takeaways on using metrics for DEI efforts for your company, no matter how large or small.
