To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 14 November 2019.
Resolution 2: Receipt of Financial Statements and Reports
To receive and consider the financial statements and reports of the Directors and of the Auditor for the year ended 30 June 2020.
General Business
To transact any other business, which may be brought forward in accordance with the ACNC Act 2012, the Corporations Act 2001 or the Constitution of the Company.
Year in Review
A presentation on the achievements and challenges of the 2020 financial year followed by a question and answer session.
