Virtually every case will be mediated – either courts encourage “voluntary” mediation before trial or mediation is required as part of an arbitration agreement. There are multiple factors that come into play with every successful mediation. Please join Sarah Moffett and Setareh Ebrahimian of Fisher Phillips for a one hour webinar covering the art and science of mediation. They will take a deep dive into many of these factors, from selecting a mediator, preparing for mediation, and the opening session, to private meetings with the mediator and final negotiations, among others.
