Attorneys from national employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. will present on recent labor and employment case law from the federal and state courts, along with a comprehensive federal and state legislative update. Jackson Lewis will also present on the latest developments in workplace law compliance, such as the major rule changes from federal administrative agencies.
