Club Casual Attire: collared shirts, turtleneck sweaters, or knit or golf type shirts with collars, tucked into tailored trousers or khakis. Ladies may wear blouses or sweaters with tailored skirts or slacks.
Unacceptable Attire: jeans, denim, tee shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, mini-skirts, athletic clothing and athletic shoes, leggings, spandex, informal leather attire, halter tops, casual hats, casual sandals, hiking boots and recreational footwear. No one will be admitted to the Club in unacceptable attire.

ACC Western PennsylvaniaThis program will discuss the various ways in which the PMWA differs from the FLSA and exposes employers to class action exposure when they thought they were in compliance. The program will also provide an update about the Department of Labor's attempt to update the tests for the executive, administrative and professional exemptions under state law.
