Self-Defense and Situational Awareness

Join your fellow ACC Members for an evening of learning self-defense and situational awareness at the Akerman office in Downtown Denver. This is the inaugural program for ACC Colorado Women in the House (WITH) initiative.

Tengu House Martial Arts will provide you with tools to avoid and escape life threatening situations. You will learn:

• Situational awareness
• Escapes from abduction holds
• To fight back, targeting the most vulnerable points of your assault
• To disarm armed assailants, when possible

Food and drinks will be served following the program.

AGENDA:

5-5:30PM – Registration
5:30-7PM – Self- Defense Class
7pm-8PM – Food and Drinks

PARKING:
Parking Garage: Enter the parking garage marked 1900 16^th & DaVita parking

Cost: 2 hours - $12 or All day - $16

WHAT TO WEAR:

Sweat pants or yoga pants/t-shirt

No shoes needed
