Patent Indemnity: A How-To Guide

With the rise in patent litigation over the past decade, allocating responsibility for patent infringement claims has never been more important—and many companies have become increasingly sophisticated about negotiating patent indemnity agreements.  Don’t find yourself left behind!  This program will address the legal framework applicable to patent indemnity, key terms that should be considered in indemnity agreements, strategies from both the vendor and customer perspective for negotiating favorable indemnity terms, and issues in making and responding to indemnity requests before and after patent litigation is filed.
