Lee’s clients and regular representation include one of the largest residential home builders-developers in the United States; owners and developers of commercial office buildings, industrial properties and retail shopping centers; various companies with general corporate real estate needs; and one of the largest manufactured home builders in the country.

Lee’s commercial lending practice includes the representation of lenders, borrowers and participants both in the southeast and nationally in a wide range of financing transactions, including commercial real estate financing and commercial, industrial and asset-based lending.

Lee also advises various clients in the commercial construction industry, including owners, developers, contractors, design professionals and other parties, in connection with construction contract negotiation, contract administration and project development. He has represented various clients in connection with the construction of major industrial plants, commercial office buildings, and manufacturing facilities.
