The topic for the seminar is "Drafting Arbitration Clauses – The Role of Corporate Counsel in Arbitration." The featured speakers will be the Head of our Firm's Appellate practice Peter B. Skelos, Esq., and Allison Tomlinson, Esq., Regional Counsel of Gensler, Inc. The speakers will, among other things, cover the following topics: (i) considerations in drafting the arbitration clause at the time of contract negotiations; (ii) selecting the arbitration tribunal; and (iii) the role of corporate counsel once the dispute is joined.
