The Oregon Chapter of the ACC and Boly:Welch invite you to an interview skills seminar on Wednesday, August 21 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at the offices of Smarsh in downtown Portland.

Interviews are an inevitable step in the job search process, yet most people--even when they are experts in their roles--are not experts at interviewing. Interviews take a variety of forms: informational, behavioral, traditional, working, stress, Skype, lunch, group and more. How can you possibly be prepared for all of them? How do you make sure you’re setting yourself up to avoid as many common biases as possible? Join Boly:Welch job search experts Rosemary Schwimmer, Director of Attorney Recruitment, and Abby Engers, HR Consultant + Recruiter, for a practical, data-driven take on how to master the interview. 

They’ll provide information on:

• Strategizing different interview formats
• Breaking down the biases and assumptions you’re up against
• Effective interview preparation and strategies
• How to research companies and firms in-depth and efficiently
