Everything Employers Need to Know About the California Consumer Privacy Act (Palo Alto)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2020, and enforcement actions will begin on July 1, 2020. The CCPA has broad application and includes a private right of action as well as the possibility of a class action.
