A program hosted by:

ACC San Francisco Bay Area

Confused about the specific steps you need to take to be in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by January 1, 2020? Don't worry, you're not alone. Attend this session and we guarantee your path to CCPA compliance will be clearer.

We will:

  • discuss how the CCPA's definition of "sale" and "personal information", and the service provider exception impact your compliance efforts;
  • clarify the specific steps organizations need to take to be in compliance with the CCPA by January 1, 2020;
  • provide a checklist to assist you in mapping your CCPA compliance plan; and
  • provide an update on pending CCPA amendments and other states and federal privacy legislation, and explain their potential impact on your CCPA compliance efforts.

Get your questions ready, as a large part of the session will be reserved to answer your questions.
