Lynda Jensen, Partner at Nelson Mullins and former Managing Director and Counsel at Travelers had managed a U.S. team of attorneys handling cyber and data privacy events. Currently Lynda provides advice on developing comprehensive plans designed to help guard against unauthorized access to confidential or protected data, and in navigating events that have enabled information to be accessed by those not entitled to possess it.
