2019 CLE and Spa Social

YOU ARE INVITED!!

This year's event will again be held at the Fairmont Austin! The free program consists of 3 hours of CLE, which includes 1 hour of ETHICS! We will begin with breakfast and networking followed by 3 hours of informative, fast-paced CLE. The topics this year include:  (1) Trade Secret Auditing, (2) Examination of a Recent U.S. Supreme Court Case, (3) U.S. Immigration Update: Changes, Challenges and Workplace Strategies, (4) State of the Economy and Impact on Tariffs, (5) How Texas Business is Affected by the Outcome of the 2019 Legislative Session, and (6) Ethical Considerations for In-House Counsel.  Once the topics, speakers and agenda have been finalized, we will provide an updated invitation.

After the program, enjoy a lunch buffet and continued conversation with colleagues - cocktails included! All attendees are permitted to use the Fairmont pool in the afternoon.  Spa service guests are permitted to use the Fairmont fitness centre and spa facility in the afternoon.

After lunch, if your schedule permits, we invite you to enjoy a relaxing spa service at the Fairmont Spa. Availability is limited and will fill up quickly, so be sure to secure your spot early!  Your spa acess includes:

• Private Men’s and Women’s spa facilities including Eucalyptus Wet Steam Room, European Dry Heat Sauna, and Thermal saline soaking pools;
• Private Men’s and Women’s Lounges equipped with fruit infused water and tea stations, local made smoked pecans and homemade granola power bar bites.

1. Personalized Massage (50 minutes)
2. Purifying Detox Facial (50 minutes)

EVENT FEES

• 3 hours CLE credit, including 1 hour of ETHICS – FREE
• Massage OR Facial - Your cost $75 – ACC Austin will pay the remaining $93 fee which includes taxes and gratuity.

If you would like to arrange for a massage or facial, please call the Fairmont Spa directly at 512-524-4600 or email aus.spa@fairmont.com before August 9. You must inform the spa you are with the ACC group upon booking your spa service. Appointments are available from 2pm-7pm.  A credit card will be required to complete booking the spa service requested. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.  

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for contacting the spa to schedule, pay or cancel your service.  If you cancel your spa service within 14 days of your scheduled service or are late to your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and ACC-Austin will be charged for the remaining $93 of your appointment.
