Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC National Capital Region
An increasing number of corporations are making diversity a business imperative. These expectations are applied to all areas of the organization, including legal. Do you know how to begin or advance your personal engagement in diversity? You can jumpstart your efforts by learning from your peers about best practices and solutions to challenges.
Join ACC NCR and Bridge Partners for a discussion and interactive workshop on becoming a more inclusive leader, and how to develop an individual diversity plan to help you achieve those goals. We will discuss how to incorporate diversity, inclusion, cultural competency, and equity into your own development as well as how you manage a team. Attendees will work with a coach in small groups to develop their individual diversity plans and determine the metrics by which success can be measured.
Please join us October 23rd for this program and plan to stay for the Happy Hour Reception following.
