Wage and hour questions often arise as a result of an issue with a single employee but can have company-wide repercussions that affect employers. In this session, learn the most common wage and hour mistakes that employers make and how to correct and avoid them.

PRESENTERS:

Kate Frenziger is experienced in the areas of complex commercial dispute resolution, employment defense, employment advice and counsel, and outside general counsel duties.

Shayna F. Watts is an experienced litigator.  She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, and labor and employment law.
