Decoding SaaS agreements: Working with your internal partners on security, other risks, and the impact of artificial intelligence Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS" ) applications help companies of every size reduce their IT costs, increase internal efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience. However, employees may not fully understand the technology or know how to negotiate data protection and SLA provisions, which may put your company at risk. In this presentation, we'll review the roles that legal, IT, security and procurement departments all play in reducing risk and obtaining favorable terms in your Cloud and SaaS agreements.
