--------------------

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and the Association of Corporate Counsel Ontario Chapter invite you to attend an important seminar on the extension of the generational diversity conversation, moderated by Linc Rogers, Partner, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and held at the Blakes offices deep in the heart of Toronto's financial district.

Diversity and inclusion have become buzzwords in business and many organizations focus on developing a culture that draws on perspectives from a diverse group of employees.

The most common diversity conversations are about the role of women, building an employee base with varied racial backgrounds, experiences on the LGBT community in the workplace and the need for allies to help diversity initiatives gain and maintain momentum. Less common are conversations about some other areas of the diversity equation, such as generational diversity and the role that a varied generational culture can have in an organization's growth, innovation and success.

This panel discussion will include in-house counsel and outside lawyers from different generations and discuss how we can draw out the best from our legal teams, ensure voices are heard and make employees from different generations feel valued.

This program contains 1 hour of EDI Professionalism content and 0.5 hours of Substantive content for the Law Society of Ontario's CPD requirements.

This event is open and free of charge to in-house counsel only and you must RSVP to attend. Please RSVP by no later than Wednesday, October 16, 2019Space is limited and no walk-ins will be permitted.

ACC Ontario reserves the right to review all registrations for eligibility. In-house counsel must be ACC members or meet ACC membership eligibility. Please click here for further details.
