She joined Idaho Power Company following a successful career in the news industry, most recently serving as regional publisher for the McClatchy Company and president of the Idaho Statesman newspaper in Boise. Throughout her career, Ms. Leithauser has led news organizations across the United States from both the business and editorial perspectives.
