ACC St. LouisGreensfelder Chief Diversity Officer Chris Pickett will discuss how expectations of conformity and assimilation inside organizations can create an unwelcome environment for employees of diverse backgrounds, contributing to their underrepresentation, particularly in leadership.
Chris will provide suggestions for how to identify and remove those expectations and replace them with more inclusivity.
