This panel discussion will cover how Supreme Court decisions and PTO rules changes (including for PTAB proceedings and prosecution) over the past few years have altered how companies approach patent issues, including the impact of Supreme Court decisions on patent licensing and litigation and their unintended results. This discussion will also include strategies for adapting to this new era, including changes to licensing practices, 101 guidelines and prosecution, monetization strategies, venue changes, PTAB strategies and litigation defense.
