In particular, our panelists will focus on the unique issues raised by internal investigations by government contractors, including how whistleblower investigations intersect with FAR mandatory disclosure obligations and the False Claims Act.
This session will provide practical advice and insight on how to navigate these complicated employment and compliance issues.
