More and more companies are being accused of violating California’s Proposition 65 by selling products without proper consumer warning labels. Any company within the chain of commerce for a product is vulnerable, even if the company is not located in California. DJP environmental lawyers, Brad Cahoon and Tyler Cahoon, will review what companies should do and not do in responding to Prop 65.
