Running a Successful RFP Process: Tips on Getting What You Want

Corporate legal departments initiate the RFP process for many reasons. Some want better value. Some want lower prices. Some need specialized expertise. Whatever the reason, the process can be messy and can leave general counsel with more questions than answers.

This information-packed session will offer advice on issuing legal RFPs, whether to consolidate law firm providers or to find the best candidate for one specific matter. GC panelists who have gone through the process will share their experiences, lessons learned and best practices. From the questions to ask to the criteria for selection, the panelists will give you pointers on how to run a legal RFP so that you can get what you want.

This event will also serve as ACC Minnesota's Annual Meeting, at which time election of new board members and chapter officers takes place. The meeting is open to all in-house attorneys.

Great food, beverages and networking follow the panel discussion.

Many thanks to our sponsor, Dorsey & Whitney, and to its Director of Client Relations, Gillian Brennan, for serving as panel moderator.
