A program hosted by:

ACC San Francisco Bay Area

Effective November 1, the California Supreme Court has approved new Rules of Professional Conduct for California attorneys. Supreme Court Administrative Order 2018-05-09 implements 69 new rules of professional conduct, replacing the 46 rules California attorneys must follow. The new rules have been renumbered and reorganized to align with the ABA Model Rules, and also contain several modifications and new additions. Join experienced Crowell & Moring litigator Dan Sharp as he covers the background and substance of the new rules, with particular emphasis on their impact for practicing litigators.

This program is eligible for one hour of continuing legal education ethics credit.
