Dana Galin has led her executive coaching practice since 2008, partnering with in-house counsel to strengthen strategic influence, people leadership, and performance under pressure. She works with attorneys navigating expanded scope, informal authority, and complex stakeholder environments. She helps them shift both mindset and behavior from technical expert to enterprise leader with clarity and impact. Her work often focuses on key career and leadership inflection points.
Dana has worked with the Association of Corporate Counsel since 2017, serving as Head of Coaching and a faculty member for the ACC NCR Leadership Academy. She has coached hundreds of in-house attorneys and senior executives and brings advanced training in adult development and organizational leadership through institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School.
She has also led programs on career strategy and leadership through business schools including Cornell SC Johnson, Wharton, and Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
