Charlotte Evans is a dual-qualified lawyer based in Sydney, with a background in corporate M&A. She is a senior attorney at IBM, providing legal advice and support to the IBM business across Australia & New Zealand. She is passionate about how technology can be used as a force for good, and lead an environmental business group that works to educate IBMers about both environmental issues and how IBM technology is being adopted to address these.

Working in a fast paced and evolving environment the IBM ANZ Legal team are trusted advisors to their business working with speed and agility across a variety of practice areas including corporate governance, employment, work health and safety, emerging technologies, IP, cybersecurity, regulatory and general commercial work. A dynamic team made up of 13 lawyers qualified across a number of jurisdictions both within and outside of Australia.
