I’m Jessica DeBianchi Rivera, a board-certified leadership coach, active General Counsel and Chief of Staff who helps lawyers build leadership practices as strong as their legal ones.
As a former COO, Head of HR, and Head of Sales, I’ve led teams through growth, change, and high pressure decision making, and I know firsthand what today’s legal leaders need beyond legal expertise.
I coach lawyers to strengthen their emotional intelligence, business acumen, and management capability using practical, assessment driven tools, including the EQ i 2.0 and Change Style Indicator (CSI). I also coach lawyers who want to cross over to the business side, and improve their communication effectiveness and presence.
I’m a former President of ACC South Florida and an ACC Value Champion. I bring a grounded, real world understanding of in-house leadership to every engagement.
