The nominee is the Legal team at Cabrini Australia. Cabrini is a leading NFP private healthcare provider in Melbourne. The Legal team has grown and developed since late 2020 and currently has five members (plus Board Manager support). The team is led by Paul Vine as GC/Co Sec and has one senior legal counsel (Joanne Herbert) and three Legal Counsel (Rena Ou Yang, Carla Downes and a new person to replace Daniella Cox, who left recently). As a result of the excellent people and lawyers in our team and the development of a strong enabling culture and approach, we have nominated the team this year. The nomination has received strong support from our Board, Executive and colleagues and this is reflected in the nomination statement.
