Annette is the Company Secretary and General Counsel for Shine Justice Ltd, an ASX listed company owning 18 companies, including Shine Lawyers, providing outstanding legal and loss recovery services for injured, abused, and mistreated clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. Annette joined the Shine Justice Group in August 2016.
Previously, Annette was an Associate to the Honourable Mr Justice Macrossan of the Supreme Court of Queensland and then had extensive experience as a senior corporate lawyer at national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, advising a wide range of listed and unlisted companies in relation to regulatory, governance and general commercial matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management . Annette is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute and is a Chartered Secretary.
