Not getting our emails?

  • Is CLE/CPD credit offered?

    No, CLE/CPD credit is not offered at Legal Ops Con. If you are interested in earning CLE/CPD credit, we recommend you attend the 2025 Corporate Counsel University® (if applicable to your role) or the 2025 Annual Meeting.

  • I have questions about membership eligibility.

    For ACC membership eligibility, please see this page.

    For ACC Legal Operations membership eligibility, please see below:

    Membership is for professionals dedicated to managing operations for corporate law departments (i.e. in the office of the general counsel) on a full-time basis. Being a lawyer is not a requirement to join. 

    Examples of corporate legal job categories that are not eligible include: contract administrators/managers, paralegals, law clerks, and administrative assistants/legal secretaries/office managers. Questions about eligibility should be addressed to lawdepartmentops@acc.com.

    Vendors to corporate legal departments, including consultants and law firm personnel, are not eligible to join. However, we do welcome vendor and law firm support through sponsorship. For information on sponsoring ACC Legal Operations webinars, ads, branded resources, future conferences and more, send an email to sponsorship@acc.com.

  • I cannot attend in person. Is there an option to participate virtually?

    No, there is not a virtual attendance option. Sessions will be recorded. If you are interested in accessing session recordings, you may purchase access through the Online Education library after the 2025 Legal Ops Con. Recordings are not available for free viewing.

  • Will sessions be recorded?

    Yes, sessions will be recorded. If you are interested in accessing session recordings, you may purchase access through the Online Education library after the 2025 Legal Ops Con. Recordings are not available for free viewing.

  • How do I change the courses I will be attending?

    1. Visit your Registration Statement, click on the red "Options" dropdown at the top right, and choose "Select your sessions."
    2. Check or uncheck the box next to the session(s) you wish to change your attendance of.
    3. Be sure to click "Save My Selections" at the bottom of the page.

  • What is the suggested attire?

    While onsite, most attendees choose to dress business casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably, as we want to encourage an informal environment, in which your attention is centered on your education.

    Please note, meeting rooms are often a bit cool, so dress accordingly.

  • I had originally paid to attend Legal Ops Con but I have been invited to speak on a session. What happens to my registration payment?

    Thank you for speaking! We can credit 100% of your registration payment toward a future ACC event. When you know which event you would like to attend, simply let us know at education@acc.com, and we will start your registration and apply the credit. 

    Here are the details regarding credits from the 2025 Legal Ops Con: 

    *Credit issued may be used towards the following ACC in-person educational programs: 2026 Legal Ops Con, 2025 Chief Legal Officer Global Summit (eligibility requirements apply), 2025 Corporate Counsel University, 2025 Securities & Disclosures Law Seminar, 2025 Executive Leadership Institute (eligibility requirements apply), 2025 Annual Meeting. Credit may not be used towards any other educational programs not included above. Credit may not be divided among programs and any remaining funds following credit application will be forfeited. Credit cannot be carried over to the following year. Credit may not be used towards ACC membership dues. Credit may be transferred to an eligible attendee from the same organization, but written notification of transfer (via education@acc.com) must be received from the original purchaser in order for the credit to be valid. Credit will expire April 30, 2026.

  • Can I make my hotel reservation before registering for Legal Ops Con?

    No. You MUST be a confirmed attendee of the 2025 Legal Ops Con in order to make your reservation at the host hotel and receive the ACC negotiated rate.

    • Please note that you are not considered a confirmed attendee until you have received a registration confirmation email from ACC Education.
    • ONLY by using the link provided via your Registration Statement can you book within the ACC block and receive the ACC negotiated rate. The hotel room block is available until March 17, 2025 and as long as rooms are still available. Reservations made after March 17, 2025, or once the block is filled, will be at prevailing hotel rates.
  • I cancelled my Legal Ops Con registration with ACC. Will ACC also cancel my hotel reservation?

    No. Cancelling your Legal Ops Con registration will NOT automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Your hotel reservation cancellation is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

  • I have a question about rates/registration deadlines/group discounts/substitutions/guests.
