  • The deadline for confirming your session attendance for CLE/CPD credit was November 17, 2023, as noted in the emails from education@acc.com sent on Nov. 1, Nov. 8, and Nov. 16 (if you had not confirmed your credits by Nov. 16). At this time, please contact cle-cpd@acc.com if you have questions.

Interview Like a Talk Show Host and Land the Job

  • Practice, practice, practice. The more practice you get during interviews, the more confident you will become. 
  • Be sure to spend adequate time researching your employer or the candidate.
  • Conduct yourself in a way you would want to be remembered by and your reputation.

Are You Smarter than ChatGPT?

  • AI is coming to you, in your legal work, and in your life. You are probably using it already.
  • Before using a generative AI tool, assess and mitigate risks relating to output accuracy, data hallucination, IP rights, and confidentiality.
  • To mitigate risks of inaccurate output from generative AI, do research, don’t just rely on what the Gen AI tool is telling you. Know on what data the model was trained.

ESG from the Breakroom to the Board Room

  • ESG is not owned by a single group - has to be a cross-functional effort.
  • Be authentic to your company's core values.
  • Use government regulations to evaluate the lawfulness of your program.
  • You can't make everyone happy.
