Emergency Contact Information

For all emergencies, contact the nearest ACC staff member (wearing a gray collared shirt or red vest), or dial 9-1-1. If you dial 9-1-1 first, please inform an ACC staff member.

For Phoenix Convention Center security, call 1-602-262-7271 or dial extension 85 from a convention center house phone.

General Safety

  • If you see something, say something. Inform an ACC staff member or Phoenix Convention Center staff.
  • Identify at least two emergency exits, including doors and stairwells. View exit locations on this map.
  • If an alarm sounds, follow directions from venue staff.

Emergency Evacuations

In the event of an emergency evacuation, make your way quickly and calmly to an emergency exit. Be aware of any hazards or dangers around you, and proceed to a safe area.
Follow the advice of Phoenix Convention Center staff, security personnel, and First Responders.
Do not put yourself in danger by stopping to collect belongings unless directed by First Responders.
There are ADA assistance gathering locations (on Levels 200 and 300) in both the West and North buildings at the Phoenix Convention Center where Fire Department personnel can assist attendees.
