Visa Information

Important Reminders for Attendees Travelling Into and Out of the United States:

  1. It is recommended that you allow at least three hours for transfer in any US airport to re-check your luggage and/or proceed to the US Customs and Border Protection Services for immigration processing.
  2. Please note that the Form I-94 has been paperless since April 2013. Travelers will be provided with a CBP admission stamp on their travel document. If a traveler needs a copy of their I-94 (record of admission) for verification of alien registration, immigration status, or employment authorization, it can be obtained on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website. To obtain the ACC discounted rate, all hotel reservations must be made directly via your registration statement. Once you have selected your preferred hotel, you will be directed to its website where you can make your reservation. You must be registered for the ACC Annual Meeting in order to make your hotel reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: ACC does not use a housing bureau or third-party agency for hotel accommodations or any other travel arrangements. Any claims by any company stating otherwise are not true. Please be sure you are making your hotel reservation directly through the links provided via your registration statement.
