Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

Join the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel as we return to Deal or No Deal (DOND) with DOND:  The Last Contract!  This will be our 7th presentation of our largest all-day CLE event to be held at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara on Thursday, November 9, 2017!

Transactions are key to most of our companys here in Silicon Valley.  Don’t let an agreement be your “Last Contract” – join our Special Event Sponsors as they present topics such as GDPR and the impact on commercial and employment contracts, special provisions in ADR, contract consideration in M&A and impact of changing international regulations on your agreements.

DOND2017 begins at 8:00am and will cover 8 sessions of business and legal issues providing 8.5 hours of CLE credit!

Enjoy a full breakfast, buffet luncheon and interact with our Event Sponsors and Chapter Sponsors in the Sponsor Expo.  Meet and network with other ACC members throughout the day and at the beginning of Winter reception with valuable prizes after this special event.
