Why join ACC Mentor Match?
Mentoring is one of the most effective ways to practice leadership, solve real-world challenges, and build relationships with other in-house counsel.
- Mentees receive specific advice on their current role, career decisions, and day-to-day challenges from experienced in-house counsel and legal operations professionals.

- Confirm the match: The mentor reviews your request and confirms the match.
- Meet regularly: Work together toward your agreed goal, with meetings every two to four weeks and a clear focus for each session.
