NEW: First Guided Mentoring Cohort

Looking for a more structured mentoring experience?

ACC is launching a Guided Mentorship Cohort, a six-month mentoring journey designed to support deeper engagement and professional development.

Participants will receive:

  • A virtual kickoff workshop with coaching guidance
  • Monthly discussion prompts and curated resources
  • Engagement reminders and check-ins
  • A cohort community space for peer connection
  • Recognition and ambassador opportunities at program completion

Enrollment is open through April 10.

Note: Members can continue to participate in ACC Mentor Match through the regular self-directed experience. The Spring Guided Mentorship Cohort is an additional option for those who prefer a more structured mentoring journey.

  5. Meet regularly: Work together toward your development goals.
