The unusual has become the usual. The unthinkable is now happening. A global pandemic, the financial crisis of 2008 and the outbreak of wars have taught us that anything unexpected can happen. And these have significant ripple effects on the economy and our organizations. Today, any given crisis will likely have significant impacts on multiple areas of your business - and odds are companies may be faced with dealing with multiple crises at the same time. Beyond day-to-day risk mitigation and problem-solving, how are general counsels leading your organization in preparing for and addressing managing potential crises?

General counsels are invited for a discussion on planning for risk management, business continuity and responding to a polycrisis.

Schedule
5:00 PM | Cocktails
6:00 PM | Dinner and Discussion
8:30 PM | Conclusion

Topics
1.  How do you go about scenario planning for potential crisis?
2.  What steps can you take now to mitigate damages from a crisis?
3.  How can you get senior leadership support such planning to address possible what-ifs?
