Overview (Program Summary)
A primary part of a legal ops professional’s cadence for implementing a tech solution is connecting with their internal stakeholders and clearing any internal hurdles for acceptance. These stakeholders are key to our success in brining in a new tool. This presentation will discuss what those key partners look for from a legal operations professional, featuring internal IT professionals from organizations with mature, tech enabled legal ops functions. We will answer questions such as:
- What does a successful legal tech procurement and implementation process look like to you?
- What do you find you often need from your legal ops professionals in order to streamline the process?
- What do you wish your legal operations team would do or consider that they don’t already?
Participants will walk away with a more concise perspective on how to best work together with their enterprise IT teams to successfully gain buy-in and implement legal technology solutions.
