Overview (Program Summary)
One of the most critical questions facing both parties in soft intellectual property cases is whether to seek a trial by jury. This one hour CLE-accredited seminar will assist in-house counsel to assess whether a potential case is a good candidate for a jury trial, explore some of the pros and cons of a trial by jury, and will provide recommendations to structure your case so that your election of a jury trial will ultimately provide an advantage over the alternative.
