Overview (Program Summary)
According to a new Gallup poll, more people are smoking marijuana than cigarettes. Additionally, many states have recently expanded who is eligible to use medical marijuana legally. Labor attorneys Erin Kilgore and Scott Huffstetler will discuss recent changes to state laws concerning marijuana -- including how employers, especially those in the regulated energy space, should handle positive drug tests for marijuana, whether you need a separate policy for employees who use medical marijuana, and other best practices for health and safety positions.
